1. What part of the state does Site Concepts represent?
The entire State of Virginia and 56 counties of North Carolina.

2. How can an order be placed?
For all the manufacturers represented by Site Concepts, a phone call, email, or fax can put an order in process.

3. How long does delivery take?
Parts or small components from Miracle generally take 2-3 weeks. Platform units usually arrive within 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year. Miracle has a dedicated logistics contractor providing timely and convenient deliveries. Most shelters can be delivered within 8-10 weeks, Wabash products from 3-4 weeks.

4. What types of safety surfacing is necessary?
Playgrounds need appropriate safety surfacing under the equipment. Site Concepts, as part of our turn key approach, provides safety surfacing. The most popular surfacing is EWF (engineered wood fiber). Rubber crumb, mulch, poured-in-place rubber, bonded rubber and synthetic turf can also be provided and installed. Site Concepts will provide samples upon request.

5. Is there a fee for a site visit, design or presentation?
Site Concepts never charges a fee for traveling to the site or customer. PowerPoint presentations and/or large, poster-sized color renderings can always be provided.

6. Can shelters, benches, and trash receptacles be custom sized or designed?
Yes. In addition to the standard options, the engineers at each company can provide a safe and attractive design to satisfy the customer’s site or end use.

7. Does Site Concepts have any playground inspectors?
Yes, our salesmen as well as our installers can provide a customer with a playground audit. The installers are Certified Playground Safety Inspectors from the National Playground Safety Institute of the National Recreation and Park Association. The installers are also manufacturer Certified.

8. Do manufacturers follow Governmental and Industry Guidelines?
All our manufacturers meet or exceed ASTM, CPSC, IPEMA, ISO and ADA Guidelines.

9. Do you install your products?
Yes, we have several installation crews; all are licensed VA and NC contractors carrying full contractor insurances.
